Like Many Passionate educators , She has seen how overwhelming it can be to navigate frameworks, pedagogies and curriculum shifts while still trying to spark real understanding in classrooms. Her mission is to simplify complex academic ideas and frameworks, making it simple, doable and teacher-friendly, so that schools build sustainable culture of deep, lifelong learning. She is certifies CBCI trainer and an experienced IBPYP educator. Through workshops, instructional designs and hands- on training , she helps schools and teachers move from curriculum coverage to conceptual clarity- one clear doable step at a time.

Madan leads a team of career counselors, mentoring high school students in undergraduate placements to achieve their academic and career goals. Passionate about empowering educators, he conducts teacher workshops to enhance pedagogical skills. As an in-house Edu-Tech enthusiast at TIPS, he drives technology-integrated school decisions and supports collaborative initiatives like Cambridge affiliation. Committed to growth, he bridges education and innovation.
