Meet the Trainer

Tannu Jain
Academic Trainer @ TLRI and Independent Concept-Based Trainer (CBI)

Like many passionate educators, I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be to navigate frameworks, pedagogies, and curriculum shifts while still trying to spark real understanding in classrooms. My mission is to simplify complex academic ideas and frameworks, making them practical, doable, and teacher-friendly, so schools can build a sustainable culture of deep, lifelong learning. Through workshops, instructional design, and hands-on training, I help schools and teachers move from curriculum coverage to conceptual clarity—one clear, doable step at a time.

I serve as an Academic trainer @ TIPS Learning and Research Institute (TLRI), India, supporting educators through targeted professional development. I am passionate about building teacher capacity through my role as an academic trainer and instructional coach.” I find great fulfilment in facilitating workshops that empower educators, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to their professional growth.

Over 13 years, I have had the privilege of training many educators, helping them enhance their practice and create deeper learning experiences for students.”
